Why is it EASY?

The ancient yogis who developed this system did so by first experimenting themselves and observing the effects of the various postures and breath patterns.



You can do the same thing! 

 

You can learn how to adapt the postures and movements to fit your body, perhaps using props such as a chair, strap, or cushion, or by moving as much or as little as feels right for you. 

 

You will learn how to listen to, and observe your body, and intuitively know what it needs. Whether movement, stillness or rest, you can build your own toolbox of techniques to make proper adjustments. 

 

Some techniques are short, some are lying on your back, or may be as easy as just listening to my voice guide you into your own deepest wisdom and self healing.
