Service Description

You can choose from hands on bodywork or Yoga & Meditation. A focus on easy breathing and gentle unwinding techniques guide you into a state of deep relaxation to activate your inner healing potential. Using the healing power of Reiki and other gentle techniques such as Reflexology and Craniosacral therapy to guide your body towards balance. Originally, the science of yoga and meditation was passed from one teacher directly to one student. Every session is designed to guide you in developing a practice which is relevant to your life and body. Easy Breathing for Stress Relief Learning to notice and focus your breath is a powerful way to focus your mind, calm your emotions and release physical stress and tension. We can create a short routine for you to practice on your own. Destress at your desk with gentle neck and shoulder stretches Long hours of computer or screen time can put a lot of stress on your neck and body. Learn some easy stretches and create a short daily routine to let off steam. Simple stretches for the back and legs Modern life finds us sitting for long periods, and this can cause tension and discomfort in our legs and lower back. Learn some easy stretches you can do in a chair, or even better, lying down on the floor or even in bed! A little bit everyday will help to release tension and discomfort and get your energy moving. Energy clearing and Grounding Exercises Do you feel like you’re always running on empty? Or perhaps carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Learn some simple and powerful breath and movements to clear excess energy and boost your own inner vitality. Relax and unwind with the healing sound vibrations of the crystal bowls. Learn a short routine to use daily to maintain your energy levels and vibrance. Guided Hypnotic Meditation Some people find it challenging to sit still and do nothing, and that’s ok. Sometimes we need to unwind slowly before we can move into a state of relaxation. In this session you will be relaxing comfortably in a chair or lying down, and after some gentle easy breathing be guided to a state of deep relaxation. You may be awake or you may fall asleep, but either way you can your inactivate the healing potential of your unconscious mind. Restorative Yoga and Deep Relaxation This may be my favorite, which I like to call fancy lying around. Based on your needs we will use a variety of cushions and props to support your body for deep relaxatio


Cancellation Policy

Private Class Appointments: *We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions. Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24-hour notice. *Cancellation or rescheduling of a private class prior to 24-hours before the appointment will be refunded or kept on your account per your wishes. *If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time.
